12.05. und 21.06.2019, Herrngarten & Boulderhaus Darmstadt
As part of KarmaYoga, which was initiated by dear Steffi from Cityoga Darmstadt, have Bille from Billayoga and Tine (our newsletter writer) an outdoor yoga class in the beautiful Herrengarten in Darmstadt for a small donation. In addition to the ducks and old trees, the participants had(within) have fun yourself as “dog”, “Baum” oder “crow” to try.
Under the motto "KarmaYoga", Leonie and Tine introduced the participants to the basics of beer yoga in the Boulderhaus Darmstadt on World Yoga Day. For a yoga class it was possible to discover it for a donation, like a beer bottle – contrary to all expectations – can help with balancing. At this event we literally have the (Crown) pop the cork!
All of the proceeds went to our annual project 18/19 “Hope Conscious”.
